01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and playing on the Kaarma Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or accessing our network.
02 Store Purchases & Refunds
All purchases made on the Kaarma Network store are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to ban any user who charges back or disputes a payment. Ranks and virtual items hold no real-world value.
03 Network Rules
You agree to follow all network rules outlined on our Rules page. We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these rules or harming the network's integrity.
04 Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account. Any rule violations that occur on your account, regardless of who was playing, will result in punishments applied. "My sibling did it" is not a valid excuse.
05 Modification of Terms
Kaarma Network reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the network after such changes, you agree to the new terms.
